About Amy Maier

I take great pride in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, small and large acreage, golf, horse & income properties within the Denver Metro area including the cities of Denver, Greenwood Village, Centennial, Parker, Franktown, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Denver, Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Aurora, and Englewood. Since 1992, I have been an active Realtor, and bring my clients years of knowledge and expertise from starter homes to luxury homes, new construction to resale homes and from high rise condos to large acreages. I've lived in the Denver metro area for the last 25 years and have watched it grow into the vibrant city it is today. I have lived in downtown Denver as well as out in the rural areas on acreage and have enjoyed the tremendous variety. I graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Communications & Marketing, and prior to real estate, enjoyed the fast paced, advertising world. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, playing tennis, volunteering as the current president of my home owner's association and neighboring community groups, blogging and participating in volunteer school programs and charity organizations.

Seniors, Medicaid & Real Estate

I attended a great class about seniors, medicaid, keeping their real estate and still getting financial assistance. There are so many seniors out there struggling and there are options for them! Please call or email me if you’d like to discuss your senior.

It is beautiful to finally see spring arriving in Denver! Even though our days have been warm, and oh so windy, we just haven’t had the moisture to bring all the spring flowers out. But, within the last few days, birds are singing, bunnies are hopping, and the world is looking new again after a few spring showers!
